Deputy Managing Director
Mohammed Javed Noman, a Director of the Company is the eldest son of Mr. Mohammed Younus. Mr. Noman has been a member of the Board of Directors since 2005 and is presently working full-time with the Company. Having obtained his Bachelor of Business in Accounting from Monash University, Australia in 2008, he returned to Bangladesh and joined the family business. He has played an important role in establishing Bikrampur Potato Flakes Industries Limited a sister concern of Younus Group of Industries and playing the role of Managing Director there. He has been assigned to the role of DMD (Deputy Managing Director) of Younus Group of Industries in recent April 2019.

Welcome to the world of Younus Group Of Industries. It gives me a great pleasure to welcome you, on behalf of our Board of Directors, Managements and stuffs to our new website.
I’d like to take the opportunity to thank all our customers for their business since 1981 and write to everyone to thank them for their individual contribution during what has been a year of recovery following the impact of Covid-19 in 2020-21.
Earlier this year we focused on manufacturing papers for different applications and the cold storage field. I’m pleased to let you know that we have expanded our business in different segments to contributes our economy including
- Dredging
- Media
- Online Shop
- Flake Industry etc.
Our improved service portfolio and a strong order book allows us to look forward to 2023 and onward with great positivity and the continued company growth. Business is a team “game” and everyone plays an important part in making it all work well. Our Products and Service contracts represent the lifeblood of the company, and we can’t emphasise enough how important it is that we continue to do this well, in addition to maintaining the critical relationships our engineers have with our customers.
How we manufacture, conduct and execute maintenance, repair and confirm people’s safety together with how we present ourselves and provide to our customers really makes all the difference.

- Build a good relationship with the customer and dealers
- Keep the customer informed. Explain the problem or show them if suitable
- Provide the correct information to your manager
- Take ownership of a problem or task and see it through to completion.
Our focus for 2023 is to continually improve our employee skill and knowledge levels, develop our customer & dealer relationships to allow the workflow to continue and of course to work safely.
We remain in a strong position to move forward structurally and financially
