Bangladesh tells the world a remarkable story of poverty reduction and development. From being one of the poorest nations at birth in 1971 with per capita GDP tenth lowest in the world, Bangladesh reached lower-middle-income status in 2015. It is on track to graduate from the UN’s Least Developed Countries (LDC) list in 2026. Poverty declined from 43.5 percent in 1991 to 14.3 percent in 2016, based on the international poverty line of $1.90 a day. Moreover, human development outcomes improved along many dimensions.

 

I would like to see SPBML is one of the largest entity of contribute the developments of the country with integrity, dedication& using the best value of money. We are committed to create employment opportunity for our peoples in paper manufacturing sectors. We also are not so far to export our manufactured paper in the world. And we also involved in different profitable business sector to contribute our economy as well. We are pretty sure; this contribution shall be remarkable both in public & private sector.
