  • All of our process & activities are conducted in compliance or exceeding the requirements of the applicable Laws and Regulations with respect to Safety, Hygiene in the Workplace and Environmental Protection.
  • Furthermore, SPBML is committed to pursue the continuous improvement of the quality of its products and services in the framework of the satisfaction of its Customers, to prevent and reduce the environmental impact of its activities, as well as to prevent and progressively reduce the health and safety risks of the personnel.
  • In pursuance of the policy and aims, the Company has implemented and maintains a quality system in accordance with the requirements of the international quality system standards ISO 9001
  • All employees are made aware of the quality system and instructed in its application. They are required to comply at all items with the provisions of the quality system.

Responsibility for the maintenance and review of the quality system is vested with the Chairman/Director, Head of department  and employees are encouraged to raise with him any problems or suggestions in respect of its documentation or operation.

Health & Safety Responsibility
  • As an employer, it is our responsibility to maintain a safe and healthy workplace. A safety and health management system, or safety program, can help you focus your efforts at improving your work environment.
  • As we manage a small business in a low-risk industry, our system is simply involve with
    • listening to your employees’ concerns and responding to them. 
    • Always wear the PPE and other safety equipment in the job.
    • We always put a first aid box for our employee at our work station.
    • Training on health & safety workshop is mandatory for every employee by rotation.
    • We also have our own treatment facility and physicians in our factory premises for our employee.

Environmental Responsibility

It is our policy to conduct its business in an environmentally responsible manner: In implementing the policy we will:

  • Take environmental impact into account in the planning and design of all our site works. 

  • Incorporate environmental considerations into our practices with regard to the use of materials, energy consumption, waste disposal and recycling. 

  • Work with contractors and suppliers to ensure environmental awareness and responsibility in the execution and management of projects. 


We always try to follow lean manufacturing process and also MFCA [Material Flow Cost Accounting] to reduce loss of material in work process to have better impact environmentally. We have our WTP and ETP in every of our factory.

Anti Crrouption Responsibility

Principles and anti-corruption policy of the Company are as follows:

The Company will not provide, submit or promise money or anything in other forms or certain interests to all employees in Bangladesh and abroad (if any). The Company is also prohibited from assisting or deceiving other business actors in connection with the actions referred to above.

The Company will not give gifts or provide entertainment prizes to government employees (if any) that violate the Company’s Code of Ethics and applicable laws and regulations.

The Company will not provide, or promise benefits that are prohibited to executives or employees of other business entities (both domestic and foreign) with the intention of causing someone to perform an improper function. The Company is also prohibited from receiving Prohibited Benefits from other business entities with the same purpose.

 

The Company will always be subject to the anti-corruption legislation in force in Bangladesh.
